Problem-solving, strategy and stakeholder management are my expertise; I have a track record of high performance in ambiguous, fast-paced tech environments. As an ex-Google L5 Program Manager in Learning & Development, I have had unique insight into designing for people’s behaviours. My user experience and visual communications background allows me to quickly identify root issues and develop creative solutions thus building effective products, experiences, and navigating change.

Program Manager, Learning Programs- PeopleDev. Google Asia Ltd. (Dec 2018 - August 2021)

The L&D arm focussed on building employee culture. I led the research, design, operations and management for multiple blended employee programs including cultural onboarding in the Asia-Pacific. Read more here.

  • Part of the core re-design team for Google’s global digital onboarding program with 95%> favourability.
  • Co-led global department plan & communications during the initial COVID months. Received award from Chief People Officer Eileen Naughton and the leadership team.
  • Led critical global policy change and stakeholder comms for onboarding program and culture shift, received an award from leadership.
  • Conducted user research, then redesigned and launched 12 learning & development cultural onboarding programs across Asia-Pacific with the highest global favourability score of 97.3%.
  • Co-designed an intern program for candidates with specific multiple accessibility needs including sight and physical mobility deployed in multiple countries globally to 100% initial user feedback. Received an award from People Operations leadership.
  • Global lead for consulting on M&As - planned cultural onboarding into Google for >1500 M&A employees.

Content & Marketing Manager - The Financial Wellness Group (March 2018 - November 2018, Sydney)

A financial-technology education & management firm with 12k members & $800 million under advice. I led the teams across visual and UX design, and partnered closely with the developer team. See projects here.

  • Built the initial B2B benefit onboarding tool for employees of TFWG's clients.
  • Revamped the brand including developing a suite of personable, inclusive illustrations.
  • Managed the research and design of 3 interactive iPad educational workshops. 2 released to the B2B market with 4.2/5+ av. favorability rating.
  • Created an algorithm & archetype survey to determine individuals’ attitudes to financial learning in partnership with leading social research company McCrindle.
  • Created multiple large-scale educational seminars, email-based learning campaigns, relevant marketing materials and a thought-leadership paper.

Junior Creative Director - MODE. Agency (January - November 2017, Sydney)

A strategic brand, creative and communications agency.

  • Marketing strategy & design for Electric Gardens 2017 (sold out), Carl Cox 2017 (sold out), Istoria 2017, Your Paradise Fiji 2017 (sold out), and more.
  • Creative direction for Noir Music photoshoot, branding and web design.

Creative Supervisor - Pacific Music Group (Feb 2016 - Jan 2017, Sydney)

An events and touring company with a creative agency as a subsidiary.

  • Developed pitch & creative for Urban Sounds with Ja Rule, Ashanti and EVE national tour 2017 (sold out). See project here.
  • Led creative for Tyga and Omarion Tour 2016 (sold out) & Establishment Saturdays hosting Sean Kingson, Bow Wow, Tyga including SnapChat filters that had over 100K hits for Bow Wow.

Volunteering examples:

Board of Directors for Artist Relief Tree, a charity providing emergency funds to artists financially affected by COVID-19. Raised $800,000+ & helped 1600+ artists globally - 2020 - 2021.

Set art design & creative production - Secret Garden Festival AU 2016, 2017, 2018 which donates all profits to charity & promotes diversity, equity & inclusion in the arts & music. See project page here.
